Construction-Technological Preparation of Warehouse and Administrative Building in Černá za Bory
Štěpánek, Michal ; Hejl, Martin (referee) ; Mohapl, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is the construction and technological solution of the warehouse and administrative building in Černá za Bory. The diploma thesis contains technological procedures for assembly of reinforced concrete skeleton and realization of industrial floor. This work solves problems that could arise during the assembly of the skeleton and realization of industrial floor. The thesis contains a construction technology project, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, the situation of the construction with broader relations of transport routes, the project of construction site equipment and the main design of machines and mechanisms. Furthermore, I created a variant solution of skeleton assembly including financial and time evaluation. Since the project documentation that was provided to me did not include any details for the skeleton placement, I decided to develop design details for the skeleton placement. Subsequently, I developed a plan for occupational safety and health. As a part of this work I made a comparison of industrial floors, both in terms of performance and economic. In order to find out the time demands, I prepared an exact timetable for the implementation of the main building. In order to ensure high safety and quality, I prepared a control and testing plan for the assembly of the skeleton and for the implementation of industrial flooring.
Preparation and organization of ELIT warehouse building in Brno
Boháček, Adam ; Kučera, Zdeněk (referee) ; Kantová, Radka (advisor)
The subject of my diploma thesis is the design of realization of the Elit storage hall in Brno based on the provided project documentation. Part of the thesis is a technical report for a building technology project, a study of the realization of the main technological stages of the building, the situation of the building with wider transport route links, the project of the building site including the technical report of the construction site equipment, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms. Further part of this work are a chapters on the implementation of the supporting structure of the halls, which are the Technological Regulation for the assembly of the prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton, The Plan for securing the material resources for the assembly of the prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton and The Assessment of the usability of the mobile cranes for mounting the prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton. Part of this work is also a variant solution for the implementation of the Densitop MT industrial floor including a price comparison comparison with the original design. From the time and financial point of view, the object time and financial plan is elaborated, followed by the detailed schedule of the main building construction and the itemized budget of the main building, including the bill of quantities. Due to the high demands on the quality and safety of the construction, the chapters of the Quality Control and Testing Plan for Reinforcing the Prefabricated Reinforced Skeleton and the Plan for Safety and Health at Work on the building site are also included.

Both blocks are architecturally almost identical. Their only difference is in the mirroring and the change of functions in the ground floor. The mass of the block has a square floor plan, which maintains a flat urban mass from the outside. The retreating terraces are oriented inside the block, thus creating a conical atrium. This atrium does not follow a square shape but is widened on the north-south sides. Around the perimeter of the block there are flats which, together with the supporting structure, form a facade from the outside. The inner perimeter of the block consists of shared terraces. These terraces form the communication of the whole building. All stairs are connected to it. The terraces give way to each floor by 1.5 m and with them the staircase arms are located on the east and west sides of the atrium. To the north and south are two stairwells with an elevator. The floor plan arrangement is centrally axially symmetrical.
Implementation of the gross overhead construction of the storage hall in Hradec Králové
Štěpánek, Michal ; Doubek, Rostislav (referee) ; Kantová, Radka (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is aimed at the construction and technological solution of the rough top structure of the storage hall in Hradec Králové. Bachelor thesis contains technological background for the execution of rough construction. This work aims to solve problems with the procedures for the implementation of masonry and prefabricated structures. I focused on the part of the hall that will serve for administration and I devised the implementation procedure and the time consuming. As the project documentation did not have anything to do with the ceiling 1.NP, I had to solve the project site first and then I did the implementation technology. I also compared the two lifting devices in terms of economic and time requirements. Another objective was to solve the transport of individual building materials on site. The proposed solution is based on my personal experience with the implementation and consultation of leading experts in the field. The aim of this work is to propose an optimal course of implementation of the storage hall.
